How-to Download / Print Your Order Receipt

Sometimes, you may want to print out or download a copy of your Grassroots Labs receipt. For instance, you may want to submit your receipt to your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) which may require a copy of your receipt so that you can draw tax free funds for reimbursement. Grassroots Labs makes it simple and easy to download and / or print your receipt.

1. Login

First, login to the Grassroots Labs website with your username and password.

2. View Receipt

After logging into your account, Click on the "My Account" button.

When view your account profile, you will automatically come to your Order History first. On this screen, find the order for which you want to view the receipt, and click on the green receipt button to the right of it. (NOTE: if you can not see your orders, click on the Order History Tab in your account profile to view your orders.) 

3. Print / Download Your Receipt

After clicking the receipt button, the receipt for that order will appear on screen. Scroll down and click on the print button to print the

This will open an operating system print dialogue box where you can either print to your local printer, or save the document as a PDF file. For more information on how to save the receipt to a PDF on your specific computer, see the help links below.

Now you can provide your receipt to your Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or save a copy for your records.
