What are the order fees and can they be waived?

Both fees are passthrough costs to Grassroots Labs.

The Lab Draw fee is the cost of visiting the testing center and the act of obtaining your blood, urine, or other specimen for testing. It can also include an at-home test kit pickup.

The Physician Oversight fee is the generation and approval of the order requisition by licensed physicians, and the review once results are complete.

You can add as many tests as you like to an order and the fees will stay the same. These fees cannot be waived.
