Can I unsubscribe from emails?

You can unsubscribe from emails, but if you plan to order testing through Grassroots Labs, we recommend that you don't. Most of the emails that would be sent are order-related emails that may contain special instructions about the tests that you ordered, testing center locations, next steps, the possibility of additional charges, etc. They are sent to make sure you have the pertinent information you need to move forward with your testing process.
