How do I find the Requisition?

Your Requisition can be found in your Order History. You will be directed to your Order History after you pay for your order. If you need to go there manually, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your account

2. Click on your name at the top of the screen (this is a drop down box)

3. Click on Order History

4. The Requisition will be in the lower right side of the screen in a green box

5. Click on the box to download and print the form
