Step 5: Review and Share Your Results

Review Your Results

When your results are ready to be viewed, you will receive an email letting you know they are available.

Visit the Grassroots Labs website and log into your secure account. As soon as you login, click the "My Account" button and you will be brought to your "Order History". A list of your previous orders will appear, with your most recent order expanded. Click on the order for which you want to review results. 

Click on the "Results PDF" button and a copy of your results will be downloaded to your computer or mobile device.  As always, we do not recommend that you attempt to interpret your lab results on your own, but instead make an appointment with your healthcare provider with which to review them.

Share Your Results

There are a few different options for you to share your results with your provider.

1. Encrypted Email - Share your results with your provider via encrypted email from your order history. Click on the "Results PDF" button in the order you want to send and click "Share". Enter the email of the provider you want to share your results with. Read the prompts carefully and confirm the information you enter. Once your results have been sent, THIS ACTION CAN NOT BE UNDONE. Once your results are sent, you will see a record in your Order History of the email the results were sent to and when they were sent.
2. Upload to Your Provider's Patient Portal - Some doctors provider their patients with online portals to review their medical records and upload documents. If your doctor offers this service, ask them if you can upload your results to your patient portal so that the doctor may review the results with you. 
3. Print Out a Paper Copy - When you download your results to your computer, you may then print your results on paper and take them with you to see your doctor.
