Both fees are pass-through costs to Grassroots Labs. You can add as many tests as you like to an order, and the fees will stay the same.
- The Physician Oversight fee is the generation and approval of the order requisition by licensed physicians, and the review once results are complete.
- The Lab Draw fee is the cost of visiting the testing center and the act of obtaining your blood, urine, or other specimen for testing. It can also include an at-home test kit pickup.
If you have visited the testing center and had your specimen collected, these fees cannot be waived.
Exceptions for waiving or refunding fees:
- If you have not visited the testing center with your order and would like to cancel your order, we will refund the Draw fee in addition to the cost of the tests, but the Physician Oversight fee will not be refunded.
- If your order has expired but you would still like to reorder the same tests, contact the Grassroots Labs Support Team with your request. They will give you a promo code to reorder, which will waive the Draw fee and the cost of the tests, since you already paid for them in your original order. The Physician Oversight fee will still be charged, because we were charged for your first order and will be charged again for your replacement order.
