Step 3: Fast and Easy Checkout

When you are comfortable with the items in your cart and wish to start the checkout process, click the green "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom of the cart.

Note: Login or Register for a Grassroots Labs Account - If you are not logged in, or have not created a Grassroots Labs Account previously, you will be prompted to do so at this point.

To register for a new account, please fill out all of the required fields and submit the registration. You will then get an email asking you to confirm your contact information. After you confirm your contact information in that email, you will be redirected to the website where you can login and checkout. Payment Review

For payment options, you can choose between adding a new credit or debit card or by using a saved card in your account. Currently, Grassroots Labs only accepts credit / debit cards for payment. We do not currently accept cash or bill insurance for services. When you are finished adding your payment, click on the "Next Button".

Note: We do not currently accept or bill insurance for lab services. We do provide documentation on a users purchases which may be used to self-file with a user's insurance. This information can be found in the Receipt for each order. Please check out the Help Article "How to Download / Print Your Order Receipt" for more information on how to view your Receipt. Please be aware that Grassroots Labs can not guarantee the approval of any claims submitted to insurance companies for Grassroots Labs Services, nor do we have the means to file on behalf of a user.

Order Summary Review

You will then be taken to an order review screen. If there is anything that needs to be changed about your order prior to purchase, click on the "CART" button to return to your cart where you can make any necessary edits.

Note: If you have questions, you can always chat with our live support staff during business hours, or leave us a message and come back to your cart at a later time. Un-purchased items in your cart will be saved for the future until they are either removed (click trash can icon) or they are purchased.

If everything looks good, click the "Next - Confirm" button.

Agree to Terms of Service

Click on the attestation link, "By checking below, I have read, am aware of, and agree to the Grassroots Labs Terms and Conditions" to review and agree to our terms of service. After reading the terms thoroughly, check the box next to it. Then, click on the green "Pay" button to submit your order.

Checkout Complete

When your order completes, you will see a confirmation message. click the "Go to Order History" to print out your lab requisition / order.

View / Print Your Lab Order

In your Order History in Your Account Profile, click on the order for which you want to print our your lab order / Requisition. 

Note: Your most recent order will always open automatically when you view your order history.

This will bring up your lab order in your browser where you can print it to take it with you to the testing center. We encourage you to check out our other Help Article "How to Find your Lab Test Requisition / Lab Order" for more information.
